Returns Policy

At the sole discretion of Noisy Motel, we offer a 7 day return policy on any unopened or defective item, for either a replacement, a full refund, or an account credit. In the case of a full refund or account credit there is a $15.00 handling fee.

Returned items must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in original condition. Defective items will be replaced with a like items, upon return.

Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.

We do not accept returns for refund or account credit of:

  • Any items returned more than 7 days after the item has been received.
  • Any items that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, the security seal tampered), unsealed or non-defective.
  • Any items not in their original condition, are damaged, have been used, or are missing parts.

Please do not send Noisy Motel any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. Noisy Motel will not issue refunds for non qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Should you return items that were placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Noisy Motel will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Noisy Motel receiving your return in the form of the original payment method.

Making a return

To return goods, you will need to:
  • Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the Noisy Motel return policy listed above.
  • Send an email to detailing the reason for your return. Please include your full contact details purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.
  • Wait for a reply email from Noisy Motel giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
  • Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority' number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

Important: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you send your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance cover. Noisy Motel will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.
